2015 Emerald Grass Cutting Tender
The Community of Emerald is accepting tenders for grass cutting for the 2015 season. Please review the specifications and then submit a tender using the online form below. Details on the properties involved is as follows:
Deadline May 14
Property #1
Emerald Train Station
1929 Nodd Rd, Emerald
Approximately 2.5 acres less buildings and parking lot
Specific Requirements:
All grass south of the Confederation Trail from the County Line Rd to the trail gates at the entrance to the "Y".
Grass in small rectangle surrounding Canada Post mail boxes on Countyline Rd.
Grass must be cut either Thursday or Friday weekly until late July/early August as determined by the Community, then bi-weekly.
Trimming to be completed bi-weekly until late July/early August, then during each cut as required.

Emerald Community Centre
1910 Nodd Rd, Emerald
Approximately 1 acres less building and parking lot
Specific Requirements:
All grass on the front lawn and a portion of the grass on the back lawn down to end of gravel pad of adjacent garage.
Grass must be cut & trimmed either Thursday or Friday (by 6pm Friday) weekly until further notice from the Community.
