2024 Tender - Exterior Painting Emerald Train Station

The Community of Emerald is currently accepting tenders submissions for the exterior painting of the Emerald Train Station at 1929 Nodd Rd in Emerald. Details are below, click the TENDER FORM to submit a tender. Deadline is FRIDAY JULY 5. 
  • Prepare all surfaces for paint by scraping, caulking and priming where necessary. 
  • Supply and apply 2 coats (1 coat under the eve) of exterior paint to all paintable surfaces, vertical & horizontal moldings, window trim, boards, shingles, foundation etc... Colours are remaining the same with the exception of possibly the foundation - TBD. 
  • Remove and re-install signage.
  • All work must be completed by September 15, 2024
  • Site must be kept clean and accessible throughout the project. 
The Community of Emerald has the right to accept or reject any or all tender submissions.

Tenders for grass cutting in the Community of Emerald are now being accepted. Properties to be cut & trimmed include...
  • Emerald Community Centre 1910 Nodd Rd - to be cut and trimmed on Thursday/Friday each week 
  • Emerald Train Station 1929 Nodd Rd. - to be cut each week and trimmed every second week

Interested parties are invited to fill out the TENDER FORM with a price per cut per property. 

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Deadline for submissions is April 19, 2024
